WHEN BOOKING All color,chemical, and some hair extensions require a consult. All closures, frontals, and wigs must be dropped off two days before appointment. If you are ordering hair from the site please make sure to place the order ahead of time (3-5 days). Most braiding services comes with hair included, natural colors only (1b,2,4). Before all services hair should be detangled, if hair is extremely matted this will result in a detangle fee. 765-806-8142
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit is due at the time of booking. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.The deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please note: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to rebook. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once before your 24hr window . Late policy: After 15 mins your appointment may be canceled, we don’t charge a late fee but if it becomes an occurrence a late fee will be applied.
