WHEN BOOKING All color,chemical, and some hair extensions require a consult. All closures, frontals, and wigs must be dropped off two days before appointment. If you are ordering hair from the site please make sure to place the order ahead of time (3-5 days). Most braiding services comes with hair included, natural colors only (1b,2,4). Before all services hair should be detangled, if hair is extremely matted this will result in a detangle fee. 765-806-8142
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your schedule service. Deposit are non-refundable, including in the event of a cancellation. 2. Clients are permitted to reschedule one time using the original deposit, provided at least 24 hour notice is given. if you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit may be required to book another appointment. 3. Cancellation made on the same day as your schedule appoint will result in a 30% cancellation fee based a on the schedule service price. This fee is separate from you non-refundable deposit.
